When submitting multiple files, we strongly recommend that you ZIP your files in order to send them all together. This will greatly simplfy your efforts and allow you to forward your files to us more easily.
Submit your computer generated files in original format if possible. For example, if your artwork is done using Photoshop, send the original Photoshop document as a layered .PSD file. Or, if it is done in Illustrator, send an .AI file with all support files and fonts. Color Correction is much easier if the file is not flattened.
Send all attachments, support files, and fonts with your artwork. For example, if you have an Illustrator file with pictures, send all support files, including logos and fonts, along with the layout. If the photos are parsed instead of placed inside the file, it limits color corrections.
Please avoid using Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Notepad, etc). When files are converted to desired format, the supplied fonts, artwork and/or layout could be compromised. Please convert all files before sending to help reduce these type issues.
Convert all fonts to outlines or curves when possible. This eliminates the need for sending fonts.
Scanned images should be between 300 dpi and 600 dpi CMYK. File size for an average photograph should be around 50 to 100 megabytes. Avoid using images off of Web Pages as they are low resolution files and can also be copyrighted.
Please supply files that are Macintosh compatible, using Adobe Illustrator CS3, Adobe Photoshop CS3, or Adobe InDesign CS3. We can also accept Corel files for PC, but please notify us in advance of sending these.
A hard copy must be included with the artwork. If Pantone colors are to be used, please make sure these are listed on the hard copy.
